Covered by the warranty
- Products that fail because of a technical or material defect arising in manufacture are repaired free of charge.
- Within the warranty period, Zendecor will repair or replace the product free of charge if the fault lies with the manufacturer.

- Where a product cannot be repaired, Zendecor undertakes to replace it with an equivalent product.

Not covered by the warranty
- Damage caused by installation, use or storage that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Normal wear over time: slight fading from prolonged direct sunlight, ordinary friction.
- Damage caused by accident, natural disaster, fire, flood or other abnormal external force.
- Products repaired, modified or fitted with replacement parts by an unauthorised third party.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or by chemicals unsuitable for the product material.
